General Safety & Hygiene Guidelines

• Quarantine protocol should be followed as per local government authorities
• Guests from containment zones are not allowed
• Shared resources in common areas are properly sanitized
• Property staff are trained on hygiene guidelines
• Guest with fever are not
• Aarogya Setu app are required
• Hand sanitizer is provided in guest accommodation and common areas

Guest Profile

• Unmarried couples are not allowed
• Bachelors are not allowed
• Guest below 18 years of age are not allowed
• Female guests are allowed
• Male guests are allowed
• children are allowed
• Stag entry is not allowed

Acceptable Identity Proofs

• Acceptable Identity Proofs : Adhar card , Passport, Driving Licence
• Unacceptable Identity Proofs : Office Card, PAN Card

Room Safety and Hygiene

• All rooms are disinfected using bleach or other disinfectant
• Linens, towels, and laundry are washed as per local guidelines
• The rooms are properly sanitized between stays
• Hand sanitisers available in rooms

Food and Drinks Hygiene

• COVID-19 guidelines for Food Hygiene is followed as per government guidelines
• Social distancing is followed in restaurants
• Serveware and supplies are sanitized before they are brought to the kitchen
• Masks and hairnets are mandatory for staff in restaurants

Property Restrictions

• Non-Veg Food allowed
• Outside food is not allowed
• Smoking is not allowed within the premises
• Alcohol consumption is not allowed at the property
• Private parties or events allowed at the property as per government Covid 19 guidelines
• All Credit/Debit cards are accepted

Pet Policy

• Pets are not Allowed
• Any Pet(s) are not living on the property

• Property is Elderly-friendly/Disabled-friendly
• Wheelchair can be provided for Guest if required
• The property have a wide entryway
